ART IDEAS MAGAZINE:
ART Quarterly Magazine 1994-2000
Editor: Alexandra York

ART Ideas magazine was published regularly for six years by the ART foundation and offered articles by experts in their fields that addressed, analyzed, and celebrated all of the fine arts—painting, sculpture, music, and literature (including poetry). The quarterly also featured book, movie, and TV reviews, art education essays, short stories, and more. A wealth of art information waits behind each "artful" cover.

ROMANTIC REALISM:
Visions of Values

ROMANTIC REALISM: Visions of Values This exhibit featured 13 contemporary representational painters and sculptors (displaying 39 works of art) and was produced by Alexandra York just as the ART foundation was established. It opened the 70th season of Grand Central Galleries in New York City and was later produced a second time as the inaugural exhibit for the Sage Center for the Fine Arts at Hillsdale College in Michigan.

THE LEGACY LIVES:
A Celebration of the World at its Most Beautiful and Man and Woman at Their Best

This exhibit featured 35 contemporary representational painters and sculptors. A three-week "ART Festival of the Arts" accompanied the New York exhibit, including poetry and fiction readings, music and dance presentations, and related talks. At Hillsdale College, the exhibit was the centerpiece for a five-day Center for Constructive Alternatives (CCA) conference, featuring nine speakers (including Alexandra York), with Pulitzer Prize winner Daniel Boorstin as the keynote speaker.
